Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or using our services.
1. Service Description
Signabridge Internet ("we," "us," or "our") provides WiFi internet access services through prepaid voucher codes. Our service allows customers to purchase temporary internet access for various durations and data allowances.
1.1 Service Packages
We offer the following standard packages:
- Hourly Packages: 1-hour access with specified data limits
- Daily Packages: 24-hour access with specified data limits
- Weekly Packages: 7-day access with specified data limits
- Monthly Packages: 30-day access with specified data limits
Package details, including data limits, speed limits, and pricing, are displayed at the time of purchase and may be updated periodically.
2. Voucher Purchase & Payment
2.1 Payment Methods
We accept payment through:
- Airtel Money: Mobile money payments via Airtel Zambia
- Other payment methods as may be added from time to time
2.2 Payment Process
- Select your desired internet package
- Enter your Airtel Money phone number
- Authorize the payment on your mobile device
- Receive your voucher code upon successful payment
2.3 Payment Confirmation
Voucher codes are issued ONLY after successful payment confirmation from Airtel Money. If payment fails, no voucher will be generated, and you will not be charged.
⚠️ Important Payment Notice
All sales are final. Once a voucher code is generated and delivered, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be provided except as required by law or at our sole discretion in case of technical errors.
3. Voucher Usage
3.1 Voucher Activation
- Each voucher code is for single use only
- Your time limit begins when you first connect to the internet using the voucher code
- Unused time does not roll over or carry forward
- Disconnecting does not stop the timer
3.2 Voucher Validity
- Vouchers must be used within the validity period stated in the package
- Expired vouchers cannot be reactivated or refunded
- Once activated, the voucher expires when either time or data limit is reached
3.3 Usage Restrictions
- Each voucher is valid for one device at a time
- Vouchers cannot be shared, transferred, or resold
- We reserve the right to terminate access if we detect unauthorized sharing or commercial resale

4.1 Service Quality
We strive to provide reliable, high-quality internet service. However, we cannot guarantee:
- 100% Uptime: Occasional maintenance or technical issues may occur
- Fixed Speeds: Network conditions and congestion may affect speeds (speeds stated are maximum speeds)
- Universal Access: Some websites may be geo-restricted or blocked by their operators
4.2 Service Limitations
Internet speed and quality may vary due to:
- Network congestion during peak hours
- Distance from WiFi access point
- Number of concurrent users
- Weather conditions affecting equipment
- Technical maintenance periods
- Factors beyond our control
4.3 Fair Usage Policy
While using our service, you agree NOT to:
- Use the service for illegal activities
- Attempt to hack, breach, or compromise network security
- Send spam, viruses, or malicious content
- Engage in activities that disrupt other users' access
- Download or distribute copyrighted material without authorization
- Use excessive bandwidth that negatively affects other users
⚠️ Violation Notice
We reserve the right to immediately terminate access for any user who violates these terms, without refund or prior notice.
5. Emergency Free Data
5.1 Emergency Access
We provide limited free emergency data for urgent situations:
- Data Allowance: 15 MB
- Time Limit: 30 minutes
- Availability: Once per phone number per day
- Purpose: Emergency communication only
5.2 Emergency Data Restrictions
- Emergency data is provided as a courtesy and may be discontinued at any time
- Abuse of emergency data (e.g., using it instead of purchasing vouchers) may result in suspension
- We reserve the right to limit or deny emergency access if we detect misuse
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
6.1 No Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our service, all sales are final. We do not provide refunds except:
- If you are charged but do not receive a voucher code within 24 hours
- If the voucher code provided does not work due to a technical error on our end
- If service is unavailable for extended periods during your purchased time
6.2 Refund Process
To request a refund for a valid reason:
- Contact us within 48 hours of purchase
- Provide your transaction reference number
- Provide the voucher code (if received)
- Explain the issue clearly
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
7.1 Information We Collect
We collect:
- Phone number (for payment and voucher delivery)
- Payment transaction details
- Voucher usage data (activation time, data used)
- Device information (for network management)

9.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the voucher
- We are not responsible for content accessed through our service
- We are not liable for damages caused by service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control
9.3 User Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining security of your voucher codes
- All activity conducted using your voucher
- Compliance with all applicable laws while using our service
- Your own device security and antivirus protection
10. Changes to Terms
10.1 Updates
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
10.2 Continued Use
Your continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
11.1 Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
11.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or use of our service shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation between parties
- Mediation, if negotiation fails
- Legal action in Zambian courts as a last resort
